Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vyšetřením štítné žlázy a pojednává o fyzikálních principech scintigrafie, která je nedílnou součástí nukleární mediciny. Cílem této práce bylo optimalizovat vyšetření štítné žlázy. K dosažení cíle byla provedena řada pokusů s fantomem štítné žlázy plněným 99mTc a 131I. Abstract:
This thesis is dealing with examination of thyroid and discusses the physical principles of scintigraphy, which is integral part of nuclear medicine. The objective of this thesis was optimize the examination of thyroid. To reach this objective were made series of experiments with phantom of thyroid filled by 99mTc and 131I.
