Cost management and cost calculation

Abstract:

Řízení nákladů je jedním ze stěžejních procesů k zajištění efektivního fungování podniku. Jedním z nejvýznamnějších způsobů řízení nákladů jsou kalkulace. V teoreticko-metodologické části se zaměřuji na definici nákladů, jejich členění a metody řízení nákladů. V kapitole věnované kalkulacím je cílem přehledně shrnout základní kalkulační metody, které lze využít při stanovení vlastních nákladů a minimální prodejní ceny výrobku, vysvětlit jednotlivé struktury nákladů v kalkulacích a fungování kalkulačních metod jako celku. V aplikační části je cílem zaměřit se na stanovení ceny výrobku JAR 50 ml a zároveň navrhnout snížení nákladů.

Abstract:

Cost managment is one of the key process to ensure the effective functioning of the business. One of the most important way to kontrol cost are the calculations. I focus on the definition of the cost, cost classification and cost management techniques in the theoretical-methodological part. In chapter devoted to calculations is target to summarized the basic calculation method, that can be used to etablish their costs and the minimum selling price of the product. It would be explained the different cost structures in the calculations and functioning of the calculation methods as a whole. In application part is target to focus on the pricing of the product JAR 50 ml and also propose to reduce cost.
