Methods of material storage in the company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Způsoby skladování materiálu v podniku se v teoretické části zabývá především způsoby skladování materiálu, druhy zásob, typy přepravy materiálu a v neposlední řadě druhy manipulačních jednotek. V praktické části se práce věnuje způsobu skladování materiálu v konkrétním podniku, především slabými stránkami skladování. Cílem práce je na základě získaných dat nalézt slabé stránky skladování ve vybraném podniku a navrhnout optimální řešení, které by podniku mohlo pomoci. Stanovený cíl se dá považovat za splněný, jelikož skutečně na základě získaných dat z podniku došlo k nalezení slabých stránek skladování a následně byly navrženy vhodná opatření. Slabé stránky skladování ve vybraném podniku obsahují například nevyužívání univerzální velikosti dřevěných klecí, nerozdělení skladů do sektorů a v neposlední řadě neefektivní skladování sypkého materiálu. Na všechny slabé stránky byly navrženy optimalizační řešení, které by mohly podniku usnadnit celkový chod ve společnosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is entitled Methods of material storage in the company. In the theoretical part deals mainly with methods of material storage, types of supplies, types of material transport and types of handling units. In the practical part, the work deals with the method of material storage in a particular company, especially the weaknesses of storage. The target of this work is based on the obtained data to find the weaknesses of storage in the selected company and to propose an optimal solution that could help the company. The stated objective can be considered fulfilled, as the storage weaknesses were identified based on the data obtained from the company and appropriate measures were subsequently proposed. Weaknesses of storage in the selected company include, for example, non-use of the universal size of wooden cages, undivided warehouses into sectors and last but not least inefficient storage of bulk material. Optimal solutions have been designed for all weaknesses, which will help with the company's overall operation in the company.
