Předložená disertační práce se zabývá mechanismy vodivosti tenkých dielektrických vrstev vytvořených plazmochemickou depozicí. Jako pracovní plyny byly při depozici použity hexamethzldisiloxan a kyslík. Meřené vrstvy, tenčí než 1mikrometr, byly v sendvičové struktuře mezi dvěmi hliněnými elektrodami. In this thesis we discuss conduction mechanisms in thin dielectric films. We focused in thin films prepared by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition using the mixture of hexamethyldisiloxane and oxygen gases.
