Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá resveratrolem, polyfenolickou látkou s prokazatelnými biologickými, antimikrobiálními a antioxidačními účinky. Úvod práce popisuje chemické složení vína se zaměřením na významné polyfenoly. This thesis deals with resveratrol, a polyphenolic compound with demonstrable biological, antimicrobial and antioxidant effects. The introduction describes the chemical structure of wine with focuse on the important polyphenolic compounds.
