Abstract:

Tématem mé diplomové práce je kontinuální sociální práce s pachateli trestných činů. Diplomová práce má teoretický charakter a je rozdělena do tří stěžejních kapitol. První kapitola pojednává o koncipování systému kontinuální sociální péče v podmínkách ČR. Sjednocuje základní pojmový aparát, popisuje historické kontexty relevantní pro tuto problematiku, představuje systém postpenitenciární péče a transformaci této dosud následné péče v péči kontinuální. Druhá stěžejní část se zabývá současnou kontinuální sociální prací, popisuje její průběh, subjekty a vzájemnou spolupráci subjektů. Závěrečná kapitola pojednává o fungování kontinuální sociální práce v praxi, poukazuje na přínosy a limity. Cílem práce je přinést ucelený pohled na koncipování systému kontinuální sociální práce v podmínkách ČR a poukázat na význam této koncepce v prevenci kriminality.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with continual social work with criminals. The thesis has theoretical character and is composed of three major chapters. The first one deals with the formation of the continual social care system in conditions of the Czech Republic. It unifies basic terminology, describes historical contexts relevant for this topic, and presents the post-penitentiary care system and the transformation of this only subsequent care in the continual social care. The second main chapter deals with the current continual social work, describes the process, subjects and cooperation between subjects. The final chapter describes the function of the continual social work in practice, and refers benefits and limitations. The goal of the thesis is to bring the holistic view of the formation of the continual social work in the Czech Republic conditions and to highlight the importance of this concept in the prevention of crime.
