Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce na téma „Hodnocení škod na bioplynových stanicích“ je stanovení nejběžnějších rizik spojených s provozem bioplynových stanic a definice možných pojištění, která mohou velmi efektivně eliminovat negativní následky výskytu náhodných událostí. Jsou popsány základní technologické celky bioplynové stanice a současné technologie výroby bioplynu. Majetkové pojištění, které je klienty nejvíce využíváno, by mělo plně pokrýt rizika spojená s provozem bioplynové stanice. Je popsána metodika likvidace škod na bioplynových stanicích v jednotlivých odvětvích majetkového pojištění. Praktická část diplomové práce analyzuje škody, které na bioplynových stanicích nejčastěji vznikají z pohledu několika hodnotících kritérií. Z provedené analýzy hlášených škod vyplývá, že nejčetnější příčinami vzniku škody jsou vnitřní mechanické a elektrické poruchy, a to převážně v rámci pojištění strojů. U pojištění majetku a přerušení provozu není četnost škod tak veliká, avšak průměrná výše škody výrazně převyšuje tu strojní. Z hlediska škodního poměru vykazují smlouvy zahrnující pojištění bioplynových stanic dlouhodobě negativní škodní průběh a pro pojistitele představují nerentabilní a ztrátový segment pojištění. Mezi opatření, jak vylepšit škodní bilanci u pojištění bioplynových stanic je možné navrhnout zejména vyčištění portfolia od klientů s největším škodním poměrem či zdražení strojního pojištění. Na závěr praktické části diplomové práce je zařazena příkladová studie majetkové a strojní škody.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis on the topic "Assessment of damage to biogas plants" is to determine the most common risks associated with the operation of biogas plants and the definition of possible insurance that can very effectively eliminate the negative consequences of accidents. The basic description of the biogas plant technology was carried out. The property insurance, which is most used by clients, should fully cover the risks associated with a biogas plant operation. The claims settlement methodology at biogas plants incidents is described. The most often occurred damages are analyzed in the practical part of the thesis. These damages are analyzed from the point of view of several evaluation criteria. The reported damages analysis shows that internal mechanical and electrical failures (mainly within the scope of machine insurance) are the most numerous causes. In the case of property insurance and business interruption, the frequency of damages is not so high. However, the average financial damage significantly higher than machinery insurance. Contracts involving the insurance of biogas plants have a long-term negative loss ratio. This represent an unprofitable and loss-making insurance segment for insurance company. The cleaning of the portfolio from clients with the highest loss ratio or the increase in the price of a machine insurance are measures to improve the damage balance in the insurance of biogas plants which are possible to mention. The case study of a machine and property claims settlement is the part of this work.
