Social work with the family in the experiences of social workers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje sociální práci s rodinou ve zkušenostech sociálních pracovníků. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmů rodina, sociální pracovník a sociální práce. Dále se zaměřuje na popis funkcí rodiny a jejich poruchy. Teoretická část se dále zabývá charakteristikou sociálního pracovníka a sociální prací. Popisuje blíže sociální práci s rodinou a spolupráci s dalšími organizacemi. Průzkumná část má charakter kvantitativního průzkumného šetření prostřednictvím dotazníku vlastní tvorby. Cílem průzkumného šetření je zjistit, jak sociální pracovníci pracují s rodinami při poskytování sociální práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is deals with social works with family in the experience of social workers. The theoretical part deals with description of family, social worker, and social work. Afterwards it deals with description of family funcions and disorders of the mentioned funcions. The theoretical part also describes the social work with family and cooperation with other organizations in more detail. The exploration part has character of the quantitative exploration research made through self-created questionnaire. Purpose of the exploration research is finding out how social workers work with the families in the provision of social work.
