Diplomová práce se zabývá volným pohybem pracovníků v rámci Evropské Unie. První kapitola definuje pracovní migraci a její hlavní členění. Druhá kapitola popisuje čtyři významné teoretické přístupy k pracovní migraci v závislosti na mzdových rozdílech, lidském kapitálu, rodině a vytvořených migračních sítích.
