Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o zakladatelském projektu prodejny pekařských a cukrářských výrobků. Literární rešerše je zpracována z odborné literatury a má za cíl objasnit základní pojmy pojící se s danou tématikou. Metodická část slouží jako postup pro aplikační část.
