The spiritual production of Petr Eben and the possibilities of its usage in the present musicopedagogical practise

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce v úvodní části hovoří o počátcích duchovní hudby a důležitých termínech, které se s duchovní hudbou pojí. Vzhledem k tomu, že práce je orientovaná především na Petra Ebena, přední osobnost naší duchovní hudby, obsahuje jeho biografii, členění tvorby a podrobné rozpracování jeho liturgických a náboženských skladeb. Závěrečná část je věnována analýze duchovních skladeb a veškeré tvorby Petra Ebena ve vybraných primárních informačních zdrojích. Konkrétně se jedná o analýzu týkající se množství duchovních skladeb v jednotlivých didaktických pomůckách, jmen autorů komponujících duchovní hudbu a přehled Ebenovy tvorby.

Abstract:

The first part of the bachelor thesis deals with the beginnings of sacred music and important terms that are connected to it. As the core of the thesis lies in Petr Eben, one of the leading personalities of Czech sacred music, there is also his biography, division of his works and analysis of his liturgical and religious compositions. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of sacred music compositions and all Petr Eben´s works according to chosen primary sources of information. The analysis concerns a number of sacred music compositions in individual teaching aids, names of authors composing sacred music and a survey of Eben´s works.
