Abstract:
Abstrakt: Tato rigorózní práce obsahuje literární rešerši, diskusi a závěr týkající se výsledků uveřejněných v časopise The Journal of Organic Chemistry. Publikace obsahuje popis přípravy nových amoniových derivátů a aplikace p-hydroxyphenacylu jako nové fotolabilní skupiny pro aminy a aninokyseliny.
Abstract:
Abstract: This thesis contains literature review, discussion and conclusions regarding the results published in The Journal of Organic Chemistry. In this publication, methods for preparation of new p-hydroxyphenacyl ammonium derivatives are described, and the applications of p-hydroxyphenacyl as a new PPG for amines and amino acids are shown.
