Tato diplomová práce odhaduje meziodvětvové mzdové diferenciály na základě pohlaví metodou, která se i přes své nepochybné kvality netěší obecnému použití. Abstract:
This diploma thesis estimates inter-industry gender wage gap using a method, not generally used despite its undoubted qualities. Inter-industry gender wage gaps were calculated for Czech Republic, to easily compare these differentials among other countries.
