Scientific and Technological Information in the Field of Nuclear Energy - the Situation in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

V bakalářské diplomové práci „Vědeckotechnické informace v oboru jaderná energetika – situace v České republice“ se věnuji pojednání o vzniku a vývoji oboru jaderná energetika v ČR, základním pojmům a souvislostem. Charakterizuji vybrané instituce, společnosti a zájmové skupiny, které se zabývají poskytováním vědeckotechnických informací, jako jsou státní organizace, vědecké, profesní, firemní knihovny, informační centra a internetové portály. Při analýze vybraných institucí jsem provedla hodnocení jejich činnosti, služeb a prostředků, které využívají a poskytují. Zaměřila jsem se také na to, jakým způsobem vybrané instituce přistupují k potřebám různých cílových skupin. V závěru práce jsem načrtla možný budoucí vývoj v poskytování vědeckotechnických informací v oboru jaderná energetika v České republice od klasické knihovny k využití moderních technologií, zejména internetu.

Abstract:

The Bachelor's thesis, "Scientific and Technological Information in the Field of Nuclear Energy - the Situation in the Czech Republic" is devoted to discussion about the origin and development of nuclear power industry in the CR, the basic concepts and relationships. Characterize the selected institutions, companies and interest groups that deal with providing scientific and technical information, such as government organizations, scientific, professional, firmy libraries, information centers and Internet portals. In the analysis of selected institutions I have carried out an evaluation of their activities, services and resources to use and provide. I also focused on how selected institutions approach to the needs of different target groups. In conclusion, I outlined a possible future developments in the provision of scientific information in the field of nuclear energy in the Czech Republic from conventional libraries to use modern technology, especially the Internet.
