Public guardianship of persons restricted in their autonomy

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je veřejné opatrovnictví osob omezených ve svéprávnosti. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit a popsat rozdíly v práci veřejného opatrovníka a sociálního pracovníka pověřeného výkonem této funkce, jejich specifika a vliv těchto rozdílů na opatrovaného. Práce je koncipována jako teoreticko-aplikační a je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část aplikační. Teoretická část popisuje institut opatrovnictví a úlohu obce jako veřejného opatrovníka, přibližuje řízení o omezení ve svéprávnosti a poukazuje na rozdíly ve způsobech výkonu veřejného opatrovnictví. Úkolem aplikační části práce je popsat činnosti veřejného opatrovníka a sociálního pracovníka pověřeného výkonem této funkce, zjistit jejich rozdíly, zvláštnosti a jejich možný vliv na opatrovaného.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the public guardianship of persons limited in the legal capacity. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to observe and describe the differences in the work of a public guardian and a social worker entrusted with the performance of this function, their specifics and the impact of these differences on the caregiver. The thesis is conceived as theoretical-application and is divided into a theoretical part and an application part. The theoretical part describes the institute of guardianship and the role of the municipality as a public guardian, describes the proceedings on limitation of legal capacity and points out the differences in the ways of exercising public guardianship. The task of the application part of the thesis is to describe the activities of the public guardian and social worker entrusted with the performance of this function, to find out their differences, peculiarities and their possible impact on the caregiver.
