Abstract:
Práce analyzuje delikty v oblasti dopravy na pozemních komunikacích s důrazem na dopravní nehodu. Cílem práce je poté analýza postihů za tyto delikty, především správních sankcí a trestů, přičemž práce také kriticky hodnotí účinnost právní úpravy. Work analyses offences in land-carriage with emphasis on road traffic accident. The aim of this work is an analysis of sanctioning of these offences, mainly public service sanctions and criminal punishment, whereas work critically evaluates effectiveness of relevant legal regulations too.
