Phenolic compounds in cereals and their determination using Folin-Ciocealteu reagent
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fenolické sloučeniny, jež jsou obsaženy v obilovinách a jejich význam. Jsou zde uvedeny možné metody stanovení těchto látek a blíže je popsáno jejich stanovení pomocí Folin-Ciocalteuova činidla.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the phenolic compounds, which are contained in cereals and their significance. There are possible methods of determination these substances and determination by the Folin-Ciocalteu reagent is described closer.
