Anotácia:

Daná diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním spotřebního chování seniorů na trhu cestovního ruchu. Teoretická část práce se věnuje spotřebnímu chování v oblasti marketingu a hodnotí spotřební a nákupní chování seniorů. V rámci teoretické části práce je také posuzováno, jakým způsobem seniorský marketing je aplikován v praxi. Rovněž se určuje potenciál seniorů z pohledu marketingu. Poslední kapitola teoretické části diplomové práce zkoumá spotřební chování seniorů v cestovním ruchu. V praktické části diplomové práce je provedeno dotazníkového šetření. V první kapitole praktické části práce je vymezena metodologie dotazníkového šetření. V další kapitole jsou popsány a analyzovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření seniorů a manažerů. První částí dotazníkového šetření je 26 otázek, které jsou položeny seniorům, zatímco druhou částí je 6 otázek, určených pro 7 manažerů. Dotazníkové šetření je koncipováno jako v podobě kvantitativního výzkumu, jehož záměrem je zjištění preferencí seniorů při využití služeb cestovního ruchu. Hlavními metodami, aplikovanými v diplomové práce jsou analýza, dotazování a komparace. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza specifik požadavků seniorů na cestovní ruch a návrh opatření pro cestovní kanceláře.

Abstract:

The present thesis deals with the research of consumer behavior of seniors on the tourism market. The theoretical part deals with consumer behavior in marketing and evaluates consumer and shopping behavior of seniors. The theoretical part of the thesis also assesses how senior marketing is applied in practice. The above-mentioned part further determines the potential of seniors in terms of marketing. The last chapter of the theoretical part examines the consumption behavior of seniors in tourism. The practical part of this work implements a questionnaire survey. The first chapter of the practical part defines the methodology of the questionnaire survey. The next chapter describes and analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey of seniors and managers. The first part of the questionnaire survey contains 26 questions that are asked to seniors, while the second part is made of 6 questions intended for 7 managers. The questionnaire survey is conducted as in the form of quantitative research, the aim of which is to determine the preferences of seniors in the use of tourism services. The main methods applied in the thesis are analysis, interviewing and comparison. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the specifics of seniors' requirements for tourism and to suggest actions for travel agencies.
