Předmětem diplomové práce je analyzování výkonnosti největších stavebních společností v ČR. Měření výkonnosti probíhá dle konceptu Balanced Scorecard. Hlavní důraz je kladen na rozdíly a vztahy mezi jednotlivými ukazateli výkonnosti a perspektivami.
