Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce "Nepřímé financování neziskových organizací z veřejných rozpočtů" je identifikace a popsání forem z nepřímého financování z veřejných rozpočtů. V první kapitole jsem pomocí teoretického vymezení identifikovala nestátní neziskové organizace a jejich financování. Ve druhé kapitole jsem se zaměřila na popis a zkoumání trendů nepřímého financování pomocí dotazníkového šetření u obcí nad 3 000 obyvatel. V poslední kapitole je uvedená případová studie, která se pomocí provedeného kvalitativního výzkumu formou řízených rozhovorů u Statutárního města Jihlavy se zabývá problematikou nepřímého financování z rozpočtu Statutárního města Jihlavy u konkrétních případů spolupráce s nestátními neziskovými organizacemi.

Abstract:

Thesis: "Indirect funding of the non-profit organisations from public budgets" is to identify and describe forms of indirect public financing. In the first chapter, identified NGOs and their funding by using a theoretical definition. In the second chapter, I focused on describing and examining trends of indirect financing through a questionnaire survey among municipalities with more than 3,000 inhabitants. The last chapter provides a case study, using qualitative research in the form of structured interviews with the City of Jihlava and it deals with the issue of indirect financing from the budget of the Jihlava City in specific cases of the cooperation with non-governmental organizations.
