Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou násilných nestátních aktérů v mezinárodním systému. První polovina práce je zaměřena na strukturální defekty, které stojí za selhávající regulací VNSA. This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of violent non-state actors in the international system. The first part of the thesis is focused on structural defects that are behind the failing regulation VNSA.
