The Cost and Cost Management Analysis of the Selected Company

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca je zameraná na analýzu nákladov a ich riadenie vo vybranej spoločnosti. Táto práca sa skladá z dvoch častí a to teoretickej a praktickej. Teoretická časť má za úlohu objasniť poznatky a pojmy spojené s nákladmi, ohľadom ich členenia a riadenia. Tieto informácie z literárnej rešerše sú vychádzajúcim podkladom pre praktickú časť. Praktická časť poskytuje prehľad základných informácii o spoločnosti, kde budú použité metódy SWOT analýza, analýza nákladov, bod zvratu a nakoniec krátkodobá nákladová funkcia. V závere práce budú stanovené doporučenia, ktoré sa budú odvíjať z výsledkov použitých metód.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of costs and their management in a selected company. This work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part aims to clarify the knowledge and concepts associated with costs, regarding their classification and management. These information from the literature search are the basis for the practical part. The practical part provides an overview of basic information about the company, where the methods of SWOT analysis, cost analysis, turning point and finally the short-term cost function will be used. At the end of the work, recommendations will be set, which will be based on the results of the methods used.
