Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice interdisciplinární spolupráce na oddělení emergency. V teoretické části je popsána náplň oddělení urgentního příjmu, zmapována problematika týmové spolupráce, komunikace na pracovišti a v zaměstnání a faktory ovlivňující interdisciplinární spolupráci. This bachelor´s thesis is dedicated to the interdisciplinary cooperation on emergency departments.
