Abstract:
V dnešní době je velmi snadné získat rozmanitá molekulární data. Tato data jsou povětšinou v textovém formátu a mají specifické vlastnosti. Úkolem této práce je navrhnout a implementovat webovou aplikaci v jazyce C# využívající technologie ASP.NET MVC, která bude poskytovat potřebná API pro vizualizaci těchto dat (na základě jejich atributů) a rozhraní pro jejich interaktivní prohlížení. It is very easy to obtain various molecular data nowadays. This data is usually in text format and it has specific properties.
