The Importance of Sciece for contemporary Society
Abstract:
Práce Význam vědy pro současnou společnost se pokouší přiblížit problematiku filozofie vědy. Soustředí se zejména na představení pojetí vědy u Poppera a vybraných představitelů historické školy filozofie vědy. Diskutována je především otázka demarkace vědy a s ní spojená problematika tzv. pseudověd.
Abstract:
The thesis The importance of science for contemporary society deals with problems of the philosophy of science. It focuses mainly on the presentation of the concepts of science by Popper and selected representatives of the historical school. It is discussed mainly the issue of demarcation of science and its associated problems so called pseudosciences.
