The analysis of deposit products of the three biggest commercial banks in the Slovakia

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with evaluation of deposit products of the three largest commercial banks in Slovakia and the main concern is the personal accounts of physical persons. The object is to define the types of deposit products and subsequently their analysis. The diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of to which type of client belongs the specific product in the bank. The first chapter is devoted to theoretical basis. The second chapter deals with certain type of deposit products and the present trends in the bank sector that influence the effective work of the banks in the competitive enviroment. The next point of the second chapter is the introduction of the three largest banks in Slovakia that includes the basic information about their establishment, history and present position of the banks. The third chapter is focused on the evaluation of the particular product.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá zhodnotením vkladových produktov troch najväčších obchodných bánk na Slovensku, smerovaná je predovšetkým na osobné účty pre fyzické osoby. Cieľom predkladanej práce je definovať druhy vkladových produktov a následne ich analýza. Práca je zameraná na vyhodnotenie, ktorému typu klienta prináleží účet v jednotlivej banke. Prvá kapitola je venovaná teoretickým východiskám. Druhá kapitola je venovaná jednotlivým druhom vkladových produktov a súčasným trendom na bankovom trhu, ktoré sú potrebné na efektívne pôsobenie bánk v konkurenčnom prostredí. Ďalej sú predstavené tri najväčšie obchodné banky na Slovensku, ktoré obsahujú základné údaje o ich vzniku, histórii a súčasnoť postavenia banky. V tretej kapitole sa zameriavame na vyhodnotenie jednotlivých produktov.
