Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá imunochromatografickými stripovými metodami. Zaměřuje se na příklady jejich využití v různých oborech jako je například medicína, potravinářství, životní prostředí. Popisuje jejich výhody a nevýhody a také možnost využití imunochromatografických testů mimo laboratoř. Imunochromatografické testy slouží k rychlé detekci analytů v biologických vzorcích a potravinách.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused to immunochromtagraphic methods. This text describes in a detail the practical examples of tests applied in various science fields such as a medicine, food, environment. The bachelor thesis emphasizes advantages and disadvantages of immunochromatographic tests as well as using of them outside the laboratory.
