The Comparation of Accesses to Requalification Courses at the Labour Offices in Jeseník and Pardubice

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komparací přístupů k rekvalifikačním kurzům na úřadech práce v Jeseníku a Pardubicích. Jsou zde zpracovaná data a informace, které mi byly poskytnuty vedoucími pracovníky jednotlivých úseků na úřadech práce v Jeseníku a v Pardubicích. V obecné části se zabývám problematikou: řízení lidských zdrojů, vzdělávání, trhem práce a politikou zaměstnanosti, aktivní politikou zaměstnanosti se zaměřením na oblast rekvalifikací. Vlastní část jsem rozdělila na dvě části. V první části popisuji situaci na trhu práce v daném okrese a v druhé části proces zajišťování rekvalifikačních kurzů. Na závěr shrnutí přístupů k rekvalifikačním kurzům na Úřadu práce v Jeseníku a Úřadu práce v Pardubicích s navrhnutým řešením.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with the comparation of accesses to requalification courses at the Labour offices in Jeseník and Pardubice. Theare are compiled the datas and information which were granted by manageress of the particular sections at Labour offices in Jeseník and Pardubice. In general part I am dealing with following issues: human resources management, education, labour market and unemployment policy, active employment policy with the focus on requalification courses. I divided the main part into two sections. In the first part i am describing the situation on the labour market in the specific district and in the second part i am describing the process of providing the requalification courses. Et the end I am summaring the accesses to requalification courses at the Labour offices in Jeseník and Pardubice together with the suggested analyse.
