The exercise of the right of ownership

Abstract:

The final thesis called ‘The exercise of the right of ownership’ is oriented on tenure, which also involves the right of ownership, its principle, characteristics, acquisition, content, subject as well as object. It focuses especially on the execution of the right as well as judicature and restriction, possession and protection of the right of ownership. The aim of the thesis is to characterise the execution realisation of ownership rightfulness of law subjects, performed on the background of basic terminology of the institute of ownership and completed with comparison of the right of ownership from the origin of ČSR until nowadays. The thesis consists of three chapters. In the first two theoretical chapters the basic terminology of the right of ownership, judicature and, above all, the execution of the right of ownership is examined. The third part is oriented on the comparison of the right of ownership since the origin of Czechoslovakia in 1918, until today.

Abstract:

Záverečná práca pod názvom Výkon vlastníckeho práva je zameraná na vecné právo, do ktorého patrí aj vlastnícke právo, jeho podstate, charakteristike, nadobudnutiu, náplni, subjektu ako aj objektu, predovšetkým výkonu a taktiež judikatúre a obmedzeniu, držbe a ochrane vlastníckeho práva. Cieľom práce je charakteristika výkonu realizácie vlastníckych oprávnení subjektov práva, vykonaná na pozadí základnej terminológie inštitútu vlastníctva a doplnená porovnaním vlastníckeho práva od vzniku prvej ČSR po súčasnosť. Práca pozostáva z troch kapitol. V prvých dvoch teoretických kapitolách práca skúma základnú terminológiu vlastníckeho práva, judikatúru a predovšetkým výkon vlastníckeho práva. Tretia časť sa zaoberá porovnaním vlastníckeho práva od roku 1918, teda od vzniku Československa, po súčasnosť.
