Sinice jsou v posledních desetiletích značným problémem. V teoretické části bakalářské práci jsou shrnuty vlivy toxinů a lipopolysacharidů sinic především na plíce a dýchací soustavu, a také obecné mechanismy účinku in vitro. Cyanobacteria has been a major problem in recent decades. This bachelor thesis summarizes the influence of toxins and lipopolysaccharides of cyanobacteria on the lungs and the respiratory system, as well as their modes of action in vitro in general.
