The thesis deals with the topic of social entrepreneurship in the HORECA sector in the capital city of Prague. The main goal is to clarify the specifics of social entrepreneurship, and to analyze in social cafes in Prague based on the obtained data using controlled interviews. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá témou sociálneho podnikania v sektore HORECA v hlavnom meste Praha. Hlavným cieľom je objasniť špecifiká sociálneho podnikania, a na základe získaných dát pomocou riadených rozhovorov previesť rozbor v sociálnych kaviarňach na území Prahy.
