Vliv terapeutické diety na enzymy metabolismu léčiv (u experimentálního modelu roztroušené sklerózy)
Effects of therapeutic diet on drug-metabolizing enzymes (in experimental model of multiple sclerosis)
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje vlivu terapeutických diet na aktivitu a expresi enzymů zapojených do metabolismu léčiv u experimentálního myšího modelu roztroušené sklerózy (RS). Cílem bylo prozkoumat, zda specifické dietní režimy, konkrétně ketogenní (KETO) a vysokovlákninová (HFiD) dieta mohou ovlivnit funkci jaterních enzymů cytochromů P450 (CYP), a tím i schopnost organismu metabolizovat současně podávaná …moreAbstract:
This thesis focuses on the impact of therapeutic diets on the activity and expression of enzymes involved in drug metabolism in the experimental model of multiple sclerosis (MS). The aim was to investigate whether specific dietary regimens - namely the ketogenic (KETO) and high-fiber (HFiD) diets - may influence the function of hepatic cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymes and thereby affect the organism's …more
