Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na adaptační proces porodních asistentek při nástupu do zaměstnání. Teoretická část je zaměřena na správný adaptační proces a faktory, které ho ovlivňují. Ve výzkumné části jsme pomocí dotazníkového šetření zjišťovaly, jak probíhal adaptační proces u vybraných respondentek. V čem spočíval hlavní problém jejich adaptace a co ho mohlo zlepšit.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the adaptation process of midwives taking up employment. The theoretical part is focused on the correct adaptation process and the factors that affect it. In the practical part, I'm using a questionnaire survey examined how the adaptation process was conducted with selected respondents. What was the main problem of adaptation and what it could be improved.
