Tato práce se zaměřila na ženy ve věku mladé dospělosti a jejich vnímání propojení jejich práce (kariéry) a soukromého (rodinného) života včetně plánů do budoucnosti. This thesis is focused on women in young adulthood and their perception of occupational career and private (family) life combination, including their future plans. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and IPA analysis of interviews with seven women.
