Abstract:
V této práci jsem se zaměřil na podnik Nestlé s.r.o ve kterém jsem se snažil vysvětlit jeho systém motivace pracovníků, jeho opatření proti odchodu špičkových manažerů i dobrých úředníků, zároveň jak se vypořádává s těmi neefektivními. Zaměřil jsem na jeho sociální systém, vnitřní předpisy a praxi. V práci se opírám o odbornou literaturu a dotazníkové šetření, které jsem provedl. V něm se snažím ukázat …more

In this thesis I focused on company Nestle, s.r.o., where I wanted to describe the system of its employee motivation, its precaution method against top management and well trained clerks leaving, and at the same time its methods of handling less effective employees.
