Presented bachelor´s thesis deals with the problem of nursing personnel turnover in Podlesí Hospital. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on explaining the basic concepts. The focus of the practical part is to take an issue with nursing matters and examine the reasons why the nurses leave their job and the Health System itself.
