Design of a fixture for rebuilding a screw station

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci je řešena přestavba stávající jednoúčelové stanice sloužící k přišroubování příruby pomocí dvou šroubů na modulu recirkulace výfukových plynů (EGR), na stanici víceúčelovou. Tato přestavba byla navržena a schválena firmou Pierburg s.r.o. Hlavním důvodem bylo zjednodušení montáže navýšení kapacity výrobní linky a snížení potřebného počtu operátorů při montáži produktu sekundárních vzduchových pump. Cílem práce bylo využít pro přestavbu existující jednoúčelovou šroubovací stanici, která sloužila k automatické montáži dvou šroubů na modulu recirkulace výfukových plynů. Pro návrh nové víceúčelové stanice bylo potřeba vytvořit novou přípravkovou sadu, která umožní pohyb v druhém směru a umožní tak montáž třetí pozice šroubu. Přestavbou původní jednoúčelové stanice na víceúčelovou dojde k úsporám provozních nákladů montáže. Při řešení návrhu nových přípravků byl proveden návrh posuvu v druhé ose pomocí kolejnic a pneumatického válce. Dále bylo přepracováno zakládání a upínání těla vzduchové pumpy, tzv. housingu. V závěru práce byl vymodelován 3D model přípravků, což sloužilo jako podklad pro jejich výrobu. Bylo provedeno dimenzování minimálních průměrů šroubů dorazů, včetně pevnostní analýzy šroubů a technicko-ekonomického zhodnocení navržené přestavby.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the conversion of an existing single-purpose station used for bolting a flange with two bolts on the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) module into a multi-purpose station. This conversion was designed and approved by Pierburg Ltd. The main purpose was to simplify the assembly by increasing the capacity of the production line and reducing the number of operators needed to assemble the secondary air pump product. The objective of the work was to use an existing single-purpose bolting station for the conversion, which was used to automatically assemble two bolts on the exhaust gas recirculation module. For the design of the new multi-purpose station, a new jig set had to be created to allow movement in the other direction to enable the third screw position to be fitted. By converting the original single-purpose station to a multi-purpose station, there will be savings in the operating costs of the assembly. The design of the new jigs was addressed by designing a second axis feed using rails and a pneumatic cylinder. Furthermore, the foundation and clamping of the air pump body, the so-called housings, were redesigned. At the end of the work, a 3D model of the jigs was modelled, which served as a basis for their production. Sizing of the minimum diameters of the stop bolts was performed, including a strength analysis of the bolts and a techno-economic evaluation of the proposed redesign.
