Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá současnou úpravou vzniku, změn a možností skončení pracovního poměru. Cílem je porovnání s připravovanou novelou zákoníku práce.
Abstract:
This bachelor work covers the contemporary arrangements of beginning, changes and possibilities of working contract termination. The objective is to compare it with the prepared amendment of the labour code.
