Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám manipulací mezi učiteli v mateřské škole. Diplomová práce má dvě části-teoretickou a výzkumnou. Teoretická část pojednává o osobnosti manipulátora a oběti, o manipulaci na pracovišti a o učitelích v mateřské škole a jejich pracovních vztazích. Abstract:
In my thesis I deal with manipulation among teachers in kindergarten. The thesis has two parts - theoretical and research. The theoretical part deals with the personalities of the manipulator and the victim, with manipulation in the workplace and with teachers in kindergarten and their working relationships.
