Cieľom bakalárskej práce je analyzovať elektronické bankovníctvo vo vybranej komerčnej banke – Slovenská sporiteľňa a.s. V prvej kapitole sa zameriavame na banku a jej produkty, distribučné kanály a charakterizujeme elektronické bankovníctvo a produkty s ním úzko spojené.
