Business correspondence - how to write a formal letter. Comparative analysis of the bussiness letter in Czech-German companies.

Abstract:

The Master's thesis deals with the most widely used types of business correspondence and letters, with which we get in contact in the area of business relations. The letter is analysed from the stylistic, syntactic and lexical point of view. During the analysis of the individual types, there are examples of either Czech, as well as German letters from practice enclosed and these are further compared to each other. Special attention is given to the chapter which deals with the email, as one of the fastest and most common ways of communication.

Abstract:

Tato magisterská diplomová práce se zabývá obchodní korespondencí a nejužívanějšími druhy dopisů, se kterými se při obchodním styku setkáme. Dopis je analyzován z hlediska stylistického, syntaktického a lexikálního. Při rozboru jednotlivých druhů jsou přikládány názorné ukázky jak českých, tak německých dopisů z praxe a jsou navzájem porovnávány. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována kapitole, která se zabývá E-mailem, jako jedním z nejrychlejších a nejužívanějších způsobů komunikace.
