Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá apoptotickým procesem a metodikou, pro studium tohoto procesu se zaměřením na kvasinkový model a tkáňové kultury. Zvláštní důraz je věnován fragmentaci DNA, která byla využita i při stanovování vhodné metodiky pro detekci apoptózy v praktické části. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with apoptotic process and methodology used for the study of this process, with focus on yeastical model and tissue cultures. The emphasis is puted on is dedicated to DNA fragmentation, which was also used while choosing the suitable methodology for detection of apoptosis in the practical part.
