Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je na základě dostupných teoretických poznatků analyzovat faktory, které zaměstnance motivují a stimulují k dobrým pracovním výkonům. Součástí práce je analytická a výzkumná část, na jejichž základě bude navržen vhodný systém stimulace a motivace pracovníků ve firmě.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis, based on the available theoretical knowledge, is to analyze the factors that motivate and stimulate employees to good job performance. The work indudes an analytical and a research part. On its base a suitable system of stimulation and motivation for employees will be proposed.
