Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zkoumání vlivu intervenčního plyometrického programu na vybrané silové ukazatele krasobruslařů. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. The thesis is focused on examining the impact of the intervention plyometric programme on selected strength indicators of a figure skater. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part.
