Integrated rescue system and The European emergency call 112

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá Integrovaným záchranným systémem a jednotným evropským číslem tísňového volání 112. V úvodu uvádím důvody, které mě vedly k výběru tohoto tématu. První část práce je věnována legislativě, která je, vzhledem k velmi rozsáhlému spektru činností, kterých se práce Integrovaného záchranného systému dotýká, velmi široká. V další části jsou popsány fáze vzniku jednotného evropského čísla tísňového volání 112 a to jak v Evropské unii, tak v České republice. Dále se práce věnuje nejnovějším poznatkům, které se týkají informovanosti o jednotném evropském čísle tísňového volání 112 a problémům, které při komunikaci s touto linkou nastávají a to v rámci celé Evropské unie. V závěru jsou zodpovězeny otázky, které byly vytýčeny v úvodní části. Přílohová část je věnována tabulkám, které se týkají linky 112 v celé Evropské unii a to jak z pohledu členských států Evropské unie, tak z pohledu sociodemografického.

Abstract:

This dissertation discusses the integrated rescue system and the european unified emergency line 112. In the opening I introduce the reasons for choosing this topic. The first part is dedicated to legislature which is very wide considering the extensive range of activities performed by the integrated rescue system. The next part describes the stages of the creation of the european unified emergency line 112 in the Europen union and the Czech republic. The dissertation also deals with the newest findings regarding the european unified emergency line 112 awareness and the problems which arise when communicating with this line within the whole Europen union. In the conclusion I answer the questions imposed in the opening part. The attachements are dedicated to charts regarding the 112 line in the whole European Union from the point of view of the European Union member states and also from the socialdemographic point of view.
