Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na stres management ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat míru stresu pracovníků a organizační zdroje pociťovaného stresu ve vybraném podniku a na základě výsledků navrhnout manažersky využitelná doporučení pro prevenci a zvládání stresu na pracovišti.
