Franchise Contracts and their Impact in Terms of Competition Law
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o dopadech uzavření smlouvy o franchisingu na posuzování porušení norem soutěžního práva, a to jak jeho soukromoprávní, tak takové jeho veřejnoprávní větve. Práce reaguje pouze na vybrané okruhy otázek konzultované s odborníky z praxe.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with impact of signing franchise agreement on consideration on rules of the competition law; it’s both private and public law. The thesis take into consideration only selected issues consulted with experts from practice.
