Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem daňového zatížení vybraného podnikatelského subjektu a volbou právní formy podnikání. Cílem práce je zhodnocení daňového zatížení v kontextu všech odvodových povinností, a to z pohledu různých forem podnikání.
