Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza podílu sociálně vyloučených osob na celkové krimi-nalitě ve zvoleném regionu (městě), charakteristika sociálně vyloučených skupin, možnosti orgánů činných v trestním řízení, včetně návrhu na opatření ke snížení kriminality a přestupkové delikvence v sociálně vyloučených skupinách a lokalitách.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the portion of socially excluded people in overal crimerate in a selected area (town) and to describe these socially excluded groups.The thesis also aspires to portray different options of bodies participating in criminal procedure, especially measures to decrease the amount of criminal and administrative offences in socially excluded groups and locations …more
