Non-productive functions of agriculture

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývala mimoprodukčními funkcemi zemědělství. V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše, kde jsou představeny základní pojmy související se zemědělstvím, jeho formami a environmentálním vzděláváním. Dále jsou představeny jednotlivé složky mimoprodukčních funkcí zemědělství. V druhé části práce jsou podrobně popsány dvě farmy z Jihomoravského kraje, které se zabývají rekreačními a zdravotními funkcemi. Jedná se o farmu U tří koníků a ekofarmu Jalový dvůr. Z metod byly použity polostandardizované rozhovory spojené s terénním šetřením a komparativní metodou. Výsledky potvrdily narůstající význam mimoprodukčních funkcí v zemědělství.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis addresses with non-productive functions of agriculture. The theoretical part addresses with a literature research, which introduces basic concepts related to agriculture, forms of the agriculture and the environmental education. Furthermore there are introduced the individual components of non-productive functions of the agriculture. The second part of the thesis describes two farms from the South Moravian region in the detail, which deal with recreational and health functions. These farms are „U tří koníků“ and „Jalový dvůr“. Methods which were used are semi-standardized interviews associated with terrain research and comparative method. The results confirmed the growing importance of non-productive functions in the agriculture.
